The qualified service layer

Fewer mystery leads. Better equipment context.

Join a water-heater-specific network where each request can carry brand, model, fuel, need, ZIP, and lookup evidence before you decide to pursue it.

The operating model

Subscription access after verification.

These are founding-price hypotheses for the first market. Billing begins only after operator approval and a separate checkout.

Private planning worksheet

Test plan fit with your own economics.

Enter an exact service-area count, contribution margin after direct job costs, and a close-rate scenario. Water Heater Lookup supplies no lead-volume, margin, or conversion assumption.

  • Core coverage limit: 25 exact ZIPs
  • Network coverage limit: 100 exact ZIPs
  • Inputs stay in this browser and are not submitted
Count only ZIPs the business genuinely intends to support.
Your scenario: job revenue minus direct labor, material, permit, and other direct job costs.
Use your own defensible scenario; zero correctly produces no finite request threshold.

Calculation runs on this device. No entered ZIP count, margin, close rate, or result is sent to Water Heater Lookup or included in analytics.

No default forecast

Use numbers you can defend.

The worksheet stays blank until all three inputs are supplied. It never assumes that Water Heater Lookup will deliver a particular number of requests.

Assistants can quote the same plan, application, qualification, ranking, billing, and non-guarantee boundaries from the canonical provider-program directory. Reading it creates nothing; an application still requires the provider's explicit authorization.

Network integrity

Payment is necessary. Eligibility is non-negotiable.

A subscription is a commercial relationship, not a qualification badge.

01

Application review

Business identity, private review contact, a separately confirmed public customer phone, state license details, insurance attestation, supported brands, bounded fuel/technology and service choices, and exact ZIP coverage enter an operator queue. Repair is stored with diagnosis, gas means natural gas only, and unsupported capability text is rejected. Private contact is never published by fallback.

02

Evidence review, then billing

The operator must record current license and insurance evidence before approval. Paying early cannot activate a profile or replace qualification.

03

Freshness-gated matching

Only active providers with a confirmed public business phone, current license and insurance evidence, lead capacity, 90-day profile confirmation, and the request’s exact location and capabilities are eligible. Diagnosis and repair are one disclosed search family; gas means natural gas only. No other capability is widened. Public directory results stay alphabetical. Initial request delivery uses a plan-neutral request-specific rotation, not business-name order or paid priority.

04

Measured discovery, private corrections

Providers can see aggregate website, REST, and MCP search appearances plus first-party phone-link and website-link actions. Those actions are not confirmed calls, visits, unique prospects, leads, ranking, guaranteed volume, or revenue. An empty public search may say only that the exact ZIP is network building or outside the active market; it never reveals the private market, target, demand, or prospect record. A coverage-result link may place that already-searched ZIP into an editable browser-only application draft, then removes it from the address bar; opening the link creates no application or attribution. Operators use thresholded market demand to prioritize sourcing, public profiles show freshness dates, and disputed data follows a private operator-reviewed correction path. Applying from a coverage result does not guarantee qualification, approval, listing, access, demand, or service requests.
